DJ Paul Mixture Of Arts Missing Radio Interview (Private)

Upon my personal radio interview with DJ Paul on Mixture of Arts with Saytue Saye, there is an unheard segment that you didn’t hear, and Mixture of Arts fans have exclusive rights to it.

Before I get into my exclusive unheard interview with DJ Paul; I have to say that DJ Paul is one of the best, laid back, cool interviewee I’ve had on the show. The conversation was live and made me feel like I’ve known him for a very long time. He even got comfortable with his fans that called in. He definitely kept the crowd laughing and curious to hear what he had to say.

Now, the missing interview with DJ Paul is very private and new. This is something that wasn’t intended, but worked out very well. This is what happened after he introduced his song “cocky” …

(Saytue Sayewhat) When you wrote the song cocky, what was on your mind?

(DJ Paul) I write a lot of songs about what I’ve done. We would go to the old Krystal Balance Skating Ring (the skating ring that was in Hustle & Flow) and we’ll have the wheels cocked to the side. The song is basically about how you post up and do you.

(Saytue Sayewhat) Who’s on the mixtape?

(DJ Paul) Lil Wyte, Ville Circulus, Charlie P, KoKoe, Lil Younger from Houston, J. Diamond, Insane Clown Posse, and Juicy J.

(Saytue Sayewhat) Who are some of your biggest inspiration?

(DJ Paul) NWA, Ghetto Boys, Scar Face, LL Cool J, Public Enemy

(Saytue Sayewhat) Who do you want to work with in the future?

(DJ Paul) I’d work with anybody, but I do want to work with Dre

(Saytue Sayewhat) Did you see Tupac Hologram Performance? What did you think of it?

(DJ Paul) I love it. It was fuckin weird, and sad, but it was cool. It’s going to be the future way to perform at concerts. It throws you off like, “O shit”.  Who knows, 10 years from now, that might be the only way to perform.

The hologram actually came from the movie Samone. Samone is about a big movie producer. He created a famous computer woman, that everybody loved and wanted to see, but they couldn’t because she was a computer. In order for them to see her, he created her as a hologram.  After that movie, that’s when they made Incredible Hawk.

“For I Have Sinned” mixtape will be out on www.LiveMixtapes.com 4/19/2012.
